House Passes Bill To Fund Homeland Security Through September

The House of Representatives on Tuesday passed a bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security for the rest of the budget year. The vote was 257 to 167. The bill doesn't contain any restrictions on President Barack Obama's immigration orders, as originally sought by Republicans. The bill has previously passed the Senate and now goes to Obama for signature.
