Honeywell Names Darius Adamcyzk To New COO Position

Honeywell International Inc. said Monday it named Darius Adamczyk to the newly-created position of chief operating officer, effective immediately. The heads of all the manufacturing conglomerate's businesses will report to Adamczyk, who will in turn report to Chief Executive Dave Cote. Adamczyk, who joined Honeywell eight years ago, was most recently CEO of Honeywell's performance materials and technologies business since 2014. The stock, which was still inactive in premarket trade, has climbed 9.3% year to date, while the S&P 500 has gained 1.4%.
