Homebuilder PulteGroup's Revenue Rises 28.9%

U.S. homebuilder PulteGroup reported a 28.9 percent rise in quarterly revenue as it sold more homes at higher prices.

Net income rose to $128.5 million, or 37 cents per share, for the third quarter ended Sept. 30 from $107.8 million, or 30 cents per share, a year earlier.

Revenue rose to $1.94 billion from $1.51 billion.
