Home Prices Rise 0.4% In May: FHFA

Home prices rose a seasonally adjusted 0.4% in May, the Federal Housing Finance Agency said Wednesday. Compared to May 2014, prices were up 5.7%, said FHFA, which tracks deals involving mortgages backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
