Herbalife Shares Drop After Third-quarter Results Disappoint

Herbalife Ltd. shares fell after the nutritional supplement company's quarterly results fell short of Wall Street expectations. Herbalife shares dropped 11% to $49.60 on moderate volume. Herbalife reported adjusted third-quarter earnings of $1.45 a share on revenue of $1.26 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expected a consensus of $1.51 a share on revenue of $1.32 billion.
