Grand Jury Does Not Indict Ferguson Officer Involved In Teen Shooting

After much anticipation, a grand jury decided Monday not to indict Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of teenager Michael Brown. Protests erupted in Ferguson after Wilson, a white officer, shot an unarmed Brown, an African-American 18-year-old, in August. Protests have continued over the past three months as the grand jury viewed evidence. Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon declared a state of emergency on Nov. 17.
