Goodyear Board Hikes Dividend 17%

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. said late Tuesday its board approved a 17% dividend hike. The company raised the quarterly dividend to 7 cents from 6 cents a share. The dividend is payable Dec. 1 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 2. Goodyear shares were flat at $30.39 after hours.
