Goldman Sachs Leads Financial Stocks Higher

Financial stocks were up Friday after a strong November jobs report. The Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund , which tracks financial stocks in the S&P 500 , was up 1.16%. Financials were the leading S&P sector. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. was up 2.4% and was the leading component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average . J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. was the second biggest gainer among the Dow 30, rising 2.35%. Morgan Stanley was up 2.26%, while Citigroup Inc. was up than 2% and Bank of America Corp. was up 2.5%.
