Gold Tops $1,200 To Settle At Highest Level Since Early March

Gold futures on Thursday settled above $1,200 an ounce, at their highest level since early March. Global declines in equities and turmoil in Yemen helped lure investors to the perceived safety of gold. April gold rose $7.80, or 0.7%, to settle at $1,204.80 an ounce on Comex.
