Gold Futures Lose 0.8% For The Week

Gold futures settled higher Friday, recouping most of their losses from a day earlier, but prices still finished the week with a loss of 0.8%. That was the metal's seventh weekly loss in eight weeks. February gold settled at $1,075.70 an ounce on Comex, down $3.70, or 0.4%, for the session.
