Gillespie Concedes Va. Senate Race To Warner

Republican Ed Gillespie conceded the Virginia Senate race to Democratic Sen. Mark Warner on Friday. Gillespie, a former chairman of the Republican National Committee, told a news conference he would not seek a recount in the tight race. The Associated Press said Warner had 49% of the vote to Gillespie's 48%.
