Fortinet Shares Rally As Earnings Top Street View

Fortinet Inc. shares rallied in the extended session Monday after the network-security company's first-quarter results topped Wall Street estimates. Fortinet shares rose 7.4% to $37.20 on moderate volume. The company reported adjusted first-quarter earnings of 8 cents a share on revenue of $212.9 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had estimated 6 cents a share on revenue of $205 million.
