Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry Says He's Running For President

Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry said Thursday he will seek the Republican presidential nomination. Perry, who made the announcement at an airport near Dallas, also ran for president in 2012. Perry faulted President Barack Obama for what he said were tax and regulatory policies that have "slammed the door shut" for Americans.
