Flex Pharma Prices IPO Above Expected Range

SAN FRANCISCO – Flex Pharma Inc. late Wednesday priced shares of its initial public offering well above the estimated range. Flex priced the 5.4 million shares offering at $16 a piece. The estimated range had been $12 to $14 a share. The biotech stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq on Thursday.
