FIFA's President Sepp Blatter To Resign

FIFA President Sepp Blatter said he's resigning, after just winning re-election of the tarnished global soccer association. His resignation comes after the U.S. Justice Department accused FIFA executives -- though not Blatter personally -- of corruption and bribery.
