The rally comes after the automaker said it would buy the remainder of Chrysler for $4.35 billion from a United Auto Workers trust. 2. Macy's & Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia [M | MSO]


Double Feature: Shares of Macy's and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia garnered attention after the two settled a legal dispute over product branding. Both were lower by less than 1% in pre-market trading.

3. Apple [AAPL]


Apple shares fell more than 1% in pre-market trading after analysts at Wells Fargo reportedly chopped down the world's biggest tech company's outlook to "market perform" from "outperform."

4. Urban Outfitters [URBN]


Urban Outfitters shares got a boost after analysts at Jefferies upped the apparel maker to "buy" from "hold," according to Reuters.

5. Dry Ships [DRYS]


Dry Ships shares took a 7% beating after the marine transportation company said it would issue an additional $200 million in common shares.
