Fiat Chrysler US March Sales Up 2% To 197,261 Units

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. said Wednesday U.S. sales rose 2% in March to 197,261 units, their best March performance since 2007. Five of the company's brands posted their best-ever sales month, including Jeep brand sales which climbed 23%.
