Fed's Mester: November Job Report Is Strong
The November job report was strong but it is not a sign that the Federal Reserve is behind the curve on hiking short-term interest rates, said Loretta Mester, the president of the Cleveland Fed, on Friday. Mester said that if the economy continues on its current path, a rate hike sometime in 2015 would be appropriate.
