Express Scripts Holding Co. shares fluctuated between slight gains and losses late Monday after the copany reported earnings above the consensus but an outlook range below Wall Street estimates. Express Scripts said it expects adjusted earnings of $1.07 to $1.11 a share for the first quarter and $5.35 to $5.49 a share for 2015. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.16 a share for the first quarter and $5.45 a share for the year. The pharmacy-benefit manager reported adjusted fourth-quarter earnings of $1.39 a share on revenue of $26.31 billion. Analysts expected $1.38 a share on revenue of $25.73 billion. Shares of Express Scripts were last up 0.7% to $87.36 on moderate volume.
