Aaron Hernandez, a former New England Patriots tight end, was found guilty of first-degree murder on Wednesday. Hernandez, 25, had pleaded not guilty to the 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of Hernandez's fiancee. This verdict, reached after 35 hours of deliberation, will see Hernandez face a mandatory sentence of life in prison with no parole. Hernandez had a three-year career with the Patriots in the National Football League.
