EU's Rehn says Spanish bank aid seen in November

European aid for Spain's troubled banks is expected to arrive in November, EU Economic and Monetary Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn said on Monday, while urging the country to stick to its calendar of ambitious economic reforms.

Rehn was speaking in Madrid after a meeting with Spanish Economy Minister Luis de Guindos.
