Online crafts retailer Etsy Inc. said Tuesday it is launching the roadshow for its initial public offering on April 1. The company is planning to offer 16.6 million shares to be priced in a range of $14 to $16. The company is planning to list on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol "ETSY". Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are joint bookrunners on the deal. Etsy said it will reserve up to 5% of the shares for an IPO Participation Program for individuals.
