Esquire Financial Holdings Prices IPO To Raise $33.1 Million
Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. priced its initial public offering at $14 a share Tuesday to raise $33.1 million. The bank holding company sold 1.8 million shares in the offering and selling stockholders offered 563,873 shares. Esquire expects to receive gross proceeds of $25.2 million. The company has granted its underwriter a 30-day option to buy an additional 354,580 shares of common stock. Shares are expected to start trading Tuesday on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "ESQ." Sandler O'Neill + Partners was the sole underwriter on the offering.
