Dynegy Inc. said late Tuesday it lost $104 million in the fourth quarter, compared with $91 million a year ago. The company said it lost $2.65 a share in 2014, compared with $3.56 a share in 2013. Analysts polled by FactSet had expected a loss of $1.05 for the year. The company did not appear to provide per-share quarterly figures. The power company emerged from bankruptcy protection in late 2012. Shares of Dynegy were flat in after-hours trading Tuesday.
