Dollar Slips After Fed Policy Statement

The dollar weakened against the yen and euro Wednesday after Federal Reserve policy makers indicated in their latest policy statement that the pace of interest-rate hikes might be slower than previously expected. The euro rose to $1.1293, from $1.1265 ahead of the statement. The dollar slipped to 123.83 yen, from 124.17 yen.
