DEA agent, employee arrested on charges they failed to tell government they ran a strip club

A supervisory agent and a telecommunications specialist for the Drug Enforcement Administration have been arrested on charges they failed to notify the U.S. government that they were operating a strip club in New Jersey.

A criminal complaint unsealed Wednesday in federal court in New York City says David Polos and Glen Glover operated Twins Plus Go-Go Lounge in South Hackensack.

Authorities say the club offers scantily clad and sometimes topless women. According to court papers, the club mostly employed dancers from Brazil or Russia who were in the country illegally.

Polos supervised the New York Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Strike Force until last month.

Attorney Cathy Fleming said she's confident Glover will be vindicated.

A lawyer for Polos did not immediately return a message seeking comment.
