Constellation Brands Says David Klein To Replace Departing CFO Bob Ryder

Constellation Brands Inc. said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Bob Ryder is leaving the company as soon as it has completed its first-quarter filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The wine and spirits company said David Klein, who is currently CFO for the beer division, will replace Ryder. Shares were not yet active in premarket trade, but are up 22% in the year so far, while the S&P 500 has gained 1.7%.
