ConEd Shares Rise After Results Top Street View

Consolidated Edison Inc. shares rose in the extended session Thursday after the utility topped Wall Street estimates. ConEd shares rose 3.9% to $67.34 on light volume. The company reported adjusted fourth-quarter earnings from ongoing operations of 58 cents a share on revenue of $2.83 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had estimated 55 cents a share on revenue of $2.52 billion.
