Columbia Pipeline Partners Prices IPO At $23 a Share
NiSource Inc. unit Columbia Pipeline Partners LP priced its initial public offering at $23 a share, above its initial range of $19 to 21 a share. The company is selling 46.8 million shares with an option to sell another 7 million. The shares will begin trading Friday on the New York Stock Exchange, under the symbol CPPL. Barclays and Citigroup are leads on the deal, with BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities acting as joint book-runners.
