Coke Boosts Stake In Keurig Green Mountain To 25.9 Million Shares
Keurig Green Mountain disclosed in a regulatory filing that Coca-Cola Co. has increased its stake in the maker of single-serve coffee brewers to 25,868,016 shares, or 16% of the shares outstanding. That's up from a previously-disclosed stake of 19,489,730 shares, or 12%, as of May 12, 2014. Keurig's stock was up less than 0.1% in afternoon trade. It has fallen 23% over the past three months, but has gained 6.6% since May 12, compared with the S&P 500's respective gains of 2.5% and 10% over the same times. Coke's stock was down 0.6% Friday, and has lost 2.1% over the past three months.
