Coal Stocks Climb As Supreme Court Strikes Down EPA Regulation

WASHINGTON – Coal stocks rallied Monday in wake of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling the Environmental Protection Agency needs to consider costs when regulating pollution caused by coal-fired plants. Gainers included Peabody Energy , Arch Coal , Alpha Natural Resources and Cloud Peak Energy .
