Coal Stocks Climb As Supreme Court Strikes Down EPA Regulation

Coal stocks rallied Monday in wake of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling the Environmental Protection Agency needs to consider costs when regulating pollution caused by coal-fired plants. Gainers included Peabody Energy , Arch Coal , Alpha Natural Resources and Cloud Peak Energy .
