Citrix Shares Gain 7% After Announcement Of Robert Calderoni As Interim CEO

Shares of Citrix gained 7% Wednesday after the company said that it appointed Robert Calderoni, currently the executive chairman of the company, as its interim president and chief executive. Calderoni will continue acting as executive chairman. The company's search for a permanent CEO is ongoing. Calderoni, who was previously the CEO of Ariba Inc., heads the search committee. Mark Templeton, Citrix's long-time CEO, announced he would retire in July.
