Cisco's Results Bode Well For Celestica, Flextronics, Amphenol
Cisco Systems Inc.'s strong quarterly results are positive for company's in the networking giant's supply chain, such as Celestica Inc. , Flextronics International and Amphenol Corp. , according to RBC Capital Markets. Shares of Celestica, which analyst Amit Daryanani said has more than 10% of sales to Cisco, rose 1.6% in morning trade, putting them on track to close at a seven-month high. Flextronic's exposure to Cisco is 6% to 8% and Amphenol's exposure is about 4%, Daryanani said, and their stocks are up 1.1% and 0.6%, respectively. Meanwhile, Cisco's shares ran up 8.4% to the highest level seen since December 2007. Among others in Cisco's supply chain, Daryanani believes Cisco's results are "net neutral" for Jabil Circuit and TE Connectivity . Those stocks were recently up 0.8% and 0.9%, respectively.
