Cisco CFO Calderoni To Retire At End Of Year

Cisco Systems Inc. said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Frank Calderoni would retire at the end of the year. Cisco said Kelly Kramer, the company's senior vice president of business technology and operations finance would replace Calderoni effective Jan. 1, 2015. Cisco made the announcement in conjunction with its fiscal first-quarter earnings results.
