Chiasma Plans IPO Of 5.4 Mln Shares To Raise Up To $80.4 Million

Biopharmaceutical company Chiasma updated its filing for an initial public offering, saying it is looking to sell 5.36 million shares between $13 to $15 a share. At the top of the range, the IPO would raise $80.4 million. If the underwriters exercise an option to buy additional shares, the company could sell 6.16 million shares to raise up to $92.5 million. Chiasma continues to expect to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "CHMA."
