Cerus Postpones Feb. 22 Earnings Release

Citing accounting complexities, Cerus (NASDAQ:CERS) said on Friday that it will postpone the release of its fourth-quarter results, originally schedule for Tuesday.

“Due to the complexities of the accounting and audit processes associated with the Cerus’ acquisition of BioOne Corporation's assets, it has taken longer-than-expected to finalize our year-end financial statements,” Cerus chief account officer Kevin Green said in a statement.

The biomedical products company did not set a new earnings date but said it will announce new dates and times in a forthcoming news release.
