Carl Icahn Made Only Slight Changes To His Stock Holdings During The First Quarter

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn made just a few changes to his stock portfolio during the first quarter, the value of which increased by just 0.5% to $32.05 billion during that time, in line with the S&P 500's 0.4% gain. Icahn kept his Apple Inc. share stake unchanged at 42.21 million shares and his Herbalife Inc. holding stayed at 17 million shares. He more than doubled his share stake in crane maker Manitowoc Inc. to 10.6 million shares, while his holdings of merchandising and digital marketing company Voltari Corp. increased about 7-fold to about 4.7 million shares. He sold off his entire stake in Talisman Energy, which was acquired by Spain's Repsol S.A. .
