1. King Digital Entertainment
King Digital Entertainment, the maker of "Candy Crush," is set to debut on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol KING. The company priced Tuesday night on the conservative end of its range. Still, its market capitalization will likely top a slew of big-name, public companies.
2. Facebook (NASDAQ:FB)
Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) snatched up privately-held virtual reality game maker Oculus in a cash-and-stock deal valued up to $2.3 billion. The move is the latest high-profile acquisition from the world's biggest social network.
3. Toyota Motors (NYSE:TM)
Toyota Motors (NYSE:TM) said it will buy back $3.5 billion in shares, in what Reuters says will be the automaker's biggest buyback in a decade. The shares traded in the U.S. are rallying more than 1%.
4. Target (NYSE:TGT)
FOX Business News Editor / Reporter Victoria Craig says she's watching shares of Target (NYSE:TGT). The company's CEO will appear before a Senate panel to discuss the massive data breached that compromised millions of customer records.
5. International Game Technology (NYSE:IGT)
International Game Technology (NYSE:IGT) trimmed its full-year forecast and unveiled plans to shed 7% of its workforce amid sliding gaming revenues in North America. Shares of the make of casino gaming equipment are tumbling 11%.
