Biden, energy secretary visiting Philadelphia on Tuesday to speak at Peco Energy

Vice President Joe Biden and Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz will travel to Philadelphia to speak at a utility company.

They are visiting the headquarters of Peco Energy Co. in Philadelphia's Center City on Tuesday.

The two will tour the facility and afterward the vice president will discuss the importance of investing in the nation's energy infrastructure.

This is Biden's second visit to Philadelphia this year. In January, he attended a policy retreat for House Democrats.
