Avon Products Postpones Analyst Day Until Fall

Avon Products, Inc. on Monday said it was postponing its investor day, scheduled for May, until fall. The decision follows the recent appointment of James S. Scully as the company's chief financial officer and allows Avon "adequate time to prepare for a more robust discussion at the meeting," the company said. Avon will provide an update on its turnaround progress when it reports first-quarter results on April 30, the company said. Avon shares declined 0.1% in after-hours Monday.
