Atlassian Raises IPO Price Range

Atlassian Corp., an enterprise software company, raised its initial public offering price range to $19 to $20 a share, up from $16.50 to $18.50 a share. The company also raised the number of shares it will offer to 22 million from 20 million to raise up to $440 million. At the high point of the newly set range, Atlassian would have a market cap of $4.17 billion. The company said it has been approved to list on the Nasdaq with the symbol "TEAM." The IPO is expected to start trading this week.
