Amanda Knox Acquitted Of Murder By Italian Supreme Court: Reports
Amanda Knox, an American exchange student who spent nearly 4 years in an Italian jail for the 2007 murder of an English exchange student, had her conviction overturned by the country's Supreme Court Friday, according to published reports. Knox was freed in 2011 and returned to the U.S., while the case continued to work its way through the Italian court system.
