Virgin Galactic SpaceShipTwo Destroyed During Test Flight

Richard Branson's space tourism company Virgin Galactic tweeted that its SpaceShipTwo was destroyed during a test flight Friday in California. The status of the pilots on board is unknown, according to the tweets. "During the test, the vehicle suffered a serious anomaly resulting in the loss of SpaceShipTwo," Virgin Galactic said in the tweets and a statement.
