TD Ameritrade Says Steve Boyle To Replace Gerber As CFO

TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. said late Monday that Steve Boyle will suceed Bill Gerber as chief financial officer. Boyle has served as CFO of Banknorth, now TD Bank, since 2004, the company said. Back in January, TD Ameritrade said Gerber would retire by the end of the year.
