Spanish Consumer Prices Fall In December

Spain's annual inflation rate fell in December, largely because of a decline in prices for gas and diesel oil, the country's INE statistics agency said Tuesday. Its flash estimate put growth in consumer prices at negative 1.1%, compared with negative 0.4% in November.
