SpaceX Postpones Rocket Launch, 'next Opportunity' Tuesday

Rocket maker SpaceX said Monday on its official Twitter feed that its rocket launch planned for Monday had to be postponed due to the weather. The next opportunity is Tuesday at 4:10 p.m. Eastern, the company said. SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket and Dragon spacecraft were set to lift off from Cape Canaveral, Fla., at 4:33 p.m. Eastern, taking abou 4,300 pounds of cargo to the International Space Station -- including an espresso machine for an Italian astronaut.
