Shots Have Been Fired At The University Of South Carolina: Reports

Shots have been fired at the University of South Carolina's Public Health Research Building in Columbia, S.C., the newspaper the State reported Thursday. Students in nearby buildings reportedly have been told not to go outside. It's unclear whether anyone has been injured.
