Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has convincingly won his election battle in Kentucky, television networks are projecting, holding off his Democratic challenger Alison Lundergan Grimes. The victory means McConnell is likely to be Senate Majority Leader if Republicans take the Senate.
