L-3 Communications Raises Its Dividend To 65 Cents Versus 60 Cents

L-3 Communications said it has raised its quarterly dividend by 8% to 65 cents a share from 60 cents a share. The aerospace and military contractor said its next dividend will be payable on March 16 to shareholders of record as of close of business March 2. Shares were trading up about 1% Tuesday and are up 7.3% in the last three months, outperforming the S&P 500, which was up just 1.5%.
