Keith Hall Named To Lead Congressional Budget Office

The chairmen of the House and Senate budget committees on Friday announced the appointment of Keith Hall to lead the Congressional Budget Office. Hall, a former commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, will replace Doug Elmendorf as the head of the nonpartisan agency. Hall's term will expire on Jan. 3, 2019.
